Day 3

Bologna sandwich, pepperjack cheese, risotto, cheeseburger...
 
Those are my cravings so far today, not including the FB posts that I saw or the commercials that made every food seem like an amazing luxury. But I made it through another day! I just don't think that I will be able to go without meat. I think that is probably the worst craving. Now, I really want a piece of rotisserie chicken.
 
I only plan on weighing in on Monday's or I will get super crazy on the weigh in. I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio every day and then there was the 5k so I figured I would lose some weight from my last weigh in. I ended up losing 7.5lbs! I know, I know, it's just water weight. You know what? Don't care. So there.
 
My mood has definitely improved. I don't know if it is the fruits/veggies, the exercise, or because Spring has finally arrived. I have energy now, so that is great...now if I don't get the things I need to do done, I am just being lazy...definite possibility. I wish this thing gave me some sort of ambition boost. Oh well. Oh and Cheddarwurst...yum.
