Days 5 & 6

I went a little bananas yesterday on a food. I had a cheese sandwich...or two, rice and seaweed, pretzel chips and hummus, hot dish, and a ham sandwich and it was wonderful! I also managed to eat about 20 or so flavored Tootsie Rolls and Starburst candy. I felt guilty later in the night, but I think that is just a consequence of what I am doing. I think the juice detox has to be reworked to eliminate potential pitfalls again...
 
So I decided to go for plan b. Natalie had mentioned that you could do one meal a day. I have decided to do that and not eat past 7 at night. Today went ok for the most part, I made it to dinner and I still ate too much, I think oh and had a couple seaweed and rice rolls with my mom after 7. Nice work! But I am a work in progress and I have to be honest, I can't be doing any worse than before I started whatever it is I am doing now. I will figure it out sooner or later. Tomorrow I go for day 2 of the Couch to 5k. We will see how that goes!
