Day 9 - Banking Calories
Planning, right? I think after the holidays it will be better for me. Right now, I am not feeling hungry because I am sad, I am pretty sure that I will be eating my way through whatever comes next. A bonus though is that I don't really have to worry about calories later in the day. So today, I had a burrito from Chipotle and it was glorious! I was surprised to see that they have brown rice now. I asked for it instead of the white rice, more to make myself feel like it was better for me. I should have gotten a bowl, but I had only had a protein shake to eat so it isn't like it was outrageous. My carb/protein ratio's were a little off, but I was still below my calories for the day. I wish I wasn't in such a funk, everything seems so time consuming and irrelevant.
