Day 4 - Just What I Needed

Well as much as I cursed Sean T., I was so happy for today. Cardio Recovery was perfect. Even though my legs have gone on vacation and refuse to hold any position for more than two seconds, it was a nice relaxing workout. Relaxing was probably the wrong word to use since I did sweat my face off. I was able to do all the exercises and maybe not hold them as long as I am supposed to and maybe not do all the reps he was "suggesting" but I felt good during and after.

I forgot my decision to stretch before the video today. When the video started, my hamstrings were so tight that I could barley bend over. I think it will be awhile before I am Miss. Bendy, but by the end of the video I was feeling much better. It was nice to not feel like my heart was going to burst out of my chest for a day. Even though the pace was slower, it was still tough and my legs still hate me but, for the first time I am going to mark it as a win.

Once I get into the groove of this workout thing, I need to start eating better. Even though I am working out and feeling better already, my diet is pretty terrible. It shouldn't be shocking when I don't lose any weight, but, I will be shocked regardless. At any rate that is a goal for another day! Just not any day soon, but not too far away either.
